Pablo Hernán Toledo is the Founder and Director of Plus One Soccer.
With over 15 years of experience in player development projects and methodological design and implementation, he leads the vision and strategy of our company.
He currently also serves as Director of Soccer at RPS Soccer Academy, the high-performance residential program of Rush Soccer, the largest youth soccer network in the world. Previously, he spent six years as Director of Coaching Education and Player Development at Rush Soccer, where he led the design and implementation of a unified methodology and player development project across the organization worldwide.
Pablo is also a founding partner of Palm Beach Rush Soccer Club in Florida and Evolve Academies in Argentina, both dedicated to the holistic development of young players aiming for collegiate soccer opportunities in the United States.
A recognized international speaker on coaching methodology and education, Pablo holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics (UCA), a Master's in Project Evaluation (UCEMA), studies in Sports Science with a specialization in soccer, and the most advanced coaching licenses from both AFA and USSF.
In 2025, he published his first book, From Paper to Practice: How to Design & Implement the Developmental DNA of Your Club, released by librofutbol.com, in which he shares his professional experience as case studies, exploring key concepts and strategies for designing and implementing player development projects in soccer clubs.
