How We Work With Our Student-Athletes
As mentioned above, PlusOneSoccer works with a maximum of 30 student-athletes per year, carefully interviewing and selecting each candidate to confirm that this pathway is the right fit and that they have the potential to succeed within it. This selective approach allows us to maintain exceptional quality, deep personalization, and close support at all times.
1. Free Assessment and Profiling
It all starts with your free assessment. This short form allows us to confirm your interest and understand the basics of your profile to determine whether this pathway is the right fit for you.
2. Personal Interview and Program Admission
If your profile meets our initial criteria, we will contact you and your family for a one-on-one interview. During this meeting, we will explore your background, goals, and aspirations in greater depth. Shortly after the interview, we will inform you of your admission status. If accepted into the program, you will receive registration details to confirm your commitment and begin working together.
3. Education & Guidance for students
Our program is not just about helping you find a scholarship in the U.S.; it’s about preparing you to understand the U.S. college system and make informed decisions. Educational workshops and one-on-one meetings are provided regularly to support your development.
4. English & TOEFL Preparation

The final decision is always yours, but our goal is to ensure you make the most informed choice. After you select your college, the admissions process begins. Since this process can be long and complex, we support you at every step so you can move forward with confidence and minimal stress.
8. Visa Support and Final Preparation

Is the Founder and Director of Plus One Soccer, a consulting firm specializing in the development of youth football clubs, and the co-founder of Evolve Academies in Argentina, a sports, academic, and language specialization program designed for young athletes who aspire to continue their careers in U.S. collegiate soccer.
Before his current professional focus, Pablo spent three years as Director of Football at RPS Soccer Academy, a residential high-performance program that operated as the top tier within the Rush Soccer pyramid—the largest youth soccer organization in the world, with more than 55,000 players, 2,600 coaches, and 120 clubs across all continents.
Prior to his role at RPS, Pablo served for six years as Director of Player Development Projects and Coach Education at Rush Soccer, where he led the design and implementation of a global methodological structure that established a unified developmental standard throughout the organization.
In addition, he is a co-founder of Palm Beach Rush Soccer Club, a competitive youth soccer program located in South Florida, United States.
Recognized internationally as a speaker on methodology and coach development, Pablo has more than 15 years of experience in youth player development. His academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA), a Master’s degree in Project Evaluation from Universidad del CEMA, studies in Sports Science with a specialization in football, and he holds the highest-level coaching licenses issued by both the AFA and USSF.
